Parkview Hills is dedicated to giving its residents the perfect blend of city and country living. Dr. H. Lewis Batts, Jr. and Burton Upjohn, who planned and built Parkview, left 100 acres of their development purposely undeveloped so residents could enjoy walking in the woods, bird watching, and much more.

Here you can experience the pleasures of the natural world just by stepping outside your door. At the same time, you have the amenities of a private club, and the joy of owning or renting in one of Kalamazoo’s most desirable areas, just minutes from downtown, WMU, K-College, KVCC, I-94, and 131.

The mission of the Parkview Hills Community Association is to maintain the facilities and common areas of Parkview Hills in good condition for the use and enjoyment of the owners and residents of Parkview Hills, and to preserve, as near as may exist in an urban setting, the amenities of a natural environment.
