Parkview Hills Community Association Board (PHCA)
PHCA is the governing board for all of Parkview Hills.

Mission: To encourage a deeper appreciation and enjoyment of the Boat, Kayak, and Beach Park on beautiful Lake Hill ‘N Brook.

Environmental & Architectural Review Committee (EARC)
Purpose: Vital to maintaining and enhancing the environmental integrity of Parkview Hills.
The committee’s general responsibilities include approving requests for tree removal and exterior building alterations.

Recycle Station

Located on the south side of Greenleaf Circle across from Lake Villa West. Kalamazoo recycling rules apply. Available for larger recyclable items and for apartment complexes, condo associations, or residences without recycling receptacles.

Safety and Well-Being

• Lock car doors
• Obey speed limits
• Walk facing traffic
• Dogs must be leashed (Kalamazoo City Law)
• Clean up after dogs: waste bags provided throughout the premises
• Help protect our wildlife: do not feed deer or waterfowl

A key fob is required for after-hours use. Contact clubhouse staff for fob cost and available times when fob usage is permitted.
